At the end of November JCommerce has ended deployment of application that supports internal processes at ING Bank Śląski. The system has been implemented with the use of J2EE technology and Oracle Warehouse Builder. The system reporting layer was implemented in IBM Cognos Business Intelligence.

Deploying dedicated application provided full and clear visualization of the processes in the branch network divided into several Polish regions. Quickly achievable cross-sectional analysis of data enables to provide access to coherent and reliable information on which appropriate decisions and actions can be taken. The system is integrated with data warehouse, from which using ETL processes desirable data are collected. Efficient access to information, reporting and analysis is available by using IBM Cognos Express tool.
