The "JCommerce’s Competences Academy" proposal received the highest number of points in the framework of closed contest, number 1/POKL/8.1.1/2011 for Sub-measure 8.1.1 "Supporting the development of professional skills and consultancy for companies' Priority VIII" Regional human resources, "Human Capital Operational Programme” in the Silesia region.

Thus, the JCommerce company has received a grant of 1 068 210.81 zł  to implement trainings for its employees in scope of managerial competence, sales, IT, language skills and soft competencies. Trainings are dedicated to workers in all departments of the company, i.e. to about 50 people. The project will take 1.5 years.
