On March 3, 2011 JCommerce and the National Institute of Telecommunications (Instytut Łączności –Państwowy Instytut Badawczy) in Warsaw have signed an agreement with regard to providing training services.

The National Institute of Telecommunications already organizes training seminars and after a so far successful cooperation with JCommerce now wants to broaden its offer with Business Intelligence training in the following areas:

- IBM Cognos Query Studio,

- IBM Cognos Report Studio,

- IBM Cognos Event Studio,

- IBM Cognos Framework Manager,

- SAP BusinessObjects,

- Data integration based on MS SQL Server Integration Services,

- Reporting and data analysis based on Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
