JCommerce cares for its dynamic development, which indispensable element is investment in human resources. Currently, the company provides the following training projects funded by the European Social Fund.

Project co-financed from the European Union under the European Social Fund

JCommerce Competences Academy
in framework of  Human Capital Operational Programme in the Silesia region.

The project aim is to improve and adapt skills of JCommerce employees within such competences  as: managerial, sales, IT, language skills and soft competencies. Trainings are dedicated to workers from all departments of the company, i.e. to about 45 people.
